Limousine Is a Great Way Make the Holidays Bright
Let's look at some kinds of holiday parties and how a limousine could make all the difference:
1.) Taking an office party to the one no one can ever forget. If you are the boss, or the person in the office who always has to come up with new ideas for the holiday party, consider a Los Angeles limousine. Be creative with how the Los Angeles limousine can be integrated into the party. For example, any limousine has limited room for a couple of special VIPs. Sell raffle tickets around the office for the ride in the limo! You should be able to raise plenty of money to cover the cost of the Los Angeles limousine plus the party itself. People will scramble to snatch up as many raffle tickets as they can afford. After all, they want to be the one in the limo!
2.) Making a family party something truly memorable. If you are tired of boring family get-togethers for the holidays, you know that something special can truly make all the difference. If you don't think the grandkids are all into trimming the tree, or if your family is so past unwrapping presents in front of a fire that Aunt Sue insists is bad on the environment anyway (it releases CO2!), then forget it. Stop trying to recall the days gone by. Come up with something new! Tell everyone to grab just one special gift. Then take a spin around town in a Los Angeles limousine. Make a new holiday tradition while you have no end of fun.
3.) Use a limousine rental to make your nonprofit group stick out for the holidays. Something like the office party idea above, using a limousine can raise your nonprofit's profile. Maybe you are raising money to send gift packages to kids in the children's hospital, or perhaps your thing is jingling the bell at the store. Whatever your nonprofit does, making a Los Angeles limousine a part of that can attract a lot of people. For example, let's say that you are raising money for your new children's rec facility by doing the old picture-with-Santa thing. Get rid of the old sleigh already! Have Santa sit proudly in the back of a great Los Angeles limousine. An added plus: Many limo companies are run by good people who might be willing to let you do this for free or a very reduced price. Ask around to see if someone is willing to help your nonprofit on a trade-out basis.
There are so many ways that a limousine can make your holiday season this year special, fun, and memorable. Happy holidays and have fun!

Family Vacation Adventures Sailing the Dalmatian Coast
We started out in Dubrovnik and set sail toward Split, focusing on the southern Dalmatian coast, which boasts some of the most spectacular wooded islands and warm crystalline waters. The many isles we passed- Lopud, Mljet, Korcula, Vis, Hvar and Brac - just a few of the over 1100 islands found along the Croatian coast, were picturesque, white limestone-laden and pine-clad. We anchored in beautiful fishing village coves, where we relaxed and swam, enjoyed spectacular views, ashore adventures and great seafood.

On Mljet Island, we took a side trip, one of the highlights of our adventure, to scenic Mljet National Park where we hopped on bikes and cycled around Veliko Jezero, the salt water lake with a remarkable 12th century Benedictine monastery set upon an islet in the lake's center.
We neared Korcula early morning, where we had one of the best photo opportunities in all Croatia - the early morning sun shining on the orange-yellow-ochre of the stone walls, towers and tiled roofs of the Old Town served to create an awesome artists' portrait. This walled pedestrian town is a delight, full of architectural treasures and its centerpiece, the beautiful 13th century Cathedral of St. Mark.
We anchored in the lovely small fishing village of Komiza, on Vis Island that evening. The quay lined with restaurants beckoned us invitingly. Here, the streets gently climb the hills into tiny residential areas whose homes embrace walled gardens where fruit trees abound. High above the village, a formidable castle illuminated the night sky giving a fairy tale aura to an already enchanting town. A small boat excursion the next day took us to nearby Bisevo Island, home to the Blue Grotto, with its amazing cobalt-blue waters.
Sailing north, we moored in StariGrad, once known as Pharos and the oldest settlement on Hvar Island. Endless lavender fields and vineyards cover this lovely island and Hvar town is not to be missed! Making our way towards Split, our last stop was Brac Island where we anchored in Supetar harbor, a small, peaceful village exhibiting the authentic high-quality stone used for many sculptures and in the building of the With House. This was the ideal finale for a perfect sailing adventure.
Our sailing trip on the Dalmatian coast was the crowning highlight of our trip to Croatia - a boating paradise of turquoise waters, safe harbors, hidden coves and swimming holes, plenty of adventures ashore, and one of the best family vacation destinations!

Fishguard is Great For Cottage Holidays in Wales
Fishguard is ideal for short breaks in Wales because it offers all of these within very easy reach. For example, it is extremely close to the boundaries of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, where you can enjoy some wonderful scenery, superb sea views and lots of walking.

Some of the best opportunities to go walking in the area are provided by the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Short breaks in Wales may not permit time to walk its full 186-mile length, but those staying in discounted cottages in the Fishguard area can use their time to select particular parts of the route to walk. Much of the path includes steep climbing and you may wish to avoid this, or alternatively make the challenge a major part of your activity holiday.
The coastal path runs through Fishguard itself along the Marine Walk and one part climbs out of the town to Fishguard Fort, which was built in Napoleonic times to defend the town against possible invasion.
And it was in Fishguard that the last attempted invasion of Britain took place in 1797, when the French battalion was fought off by a mixture of servicemen and local civilians, including a band of women led by Jemima Nicholas.

If it should rain during your visit, you can take the opportunity to pop indoors at the town hall, where a world-famous tapestry commemorating the repelling of the invasion is located. It was unveiled in 1997 to mark the bicentenary of the event.
You can also enjoy the harbour in which Fishguard is situated, still an active port and host of a ferry service to and from Ireland. The beauty of the bay adds to the scenery and there are two local beaches, the small one at Slade and the popular Goodwick, featuring sand and shingle as well as safe bathing waters. All this makes it very popular with families.
So if you are keen on cottage holidays in Wales, Fishguard could be just the place to visit.

Incentive Travel - Organized Leisure For Staff Motivation
Incentive travel is particularly beneficial to companies wanting to improve relationships between employees and management, motivate sales departments to increase their transaction numbers, foster client relationships, reward staff for excellent on the job performance, boost staff loyalty and build team dynamics among important employee groups. For this reason, the programming for an organized incentive tour will generally include team building activities, exciting events and parties, and unique dining experiences, in addition to regular historical and cultural tours around the travel destination. Incentive tours must be exciting, unforgettable and unique. The company's objective in organizing the tour is for its participants to return home with fantastic memories of the trip abroad. If the objective is achieved, those staff members or clients will have enticing stories to share with co-workers and will foster an interest for others to excel so that they will be able to join the next program.
Overall, the goal of incentive tourism is to inspire appreciation and gratification in the participants toward the sponsoring company. Rewarding success with money has proven a long-term failure to excite or motivate; it becomes dull and repetitive for staff after a certain point. Incentive travel, however, is never boring and a destination need never be repeated. Therefore, by utilizing incentive trips, rather than cash bonuses or other more standard employee incentive techniques, companies are better able to motivate staff and clients to succeed. It acts as an enticing and unique benefit that no employee will want to miss out on.
Given the exceptional objectives of an incentive travel tour, the professional tour operators planning these trips take great care in understanding the company's motivation for funding the incentive tour. Accommodations, sightseeing, gala dinners, themed events, transportation and all other aspects of the trip's program must fit into the budget outlined by the company. Branding opportunities must be found to remind guests of the company's tour sponsorship and highlight positive feelings created while abroad so that staff will return motivated to work and/or clients will return interested in expanding business relationships. Staff in incentive tour companies work to create flawless tours and events so that those travelling can focus on their task at hand: leisure, entertainment and relationship building with clients, employees or colleagues.

Selecting a Cruise Line For the Family Vacation Trip
Unfortunately, there are lots of people who automatically assume that luxury cruise ships usually aren't family friendly. This is a long way from being true. You and your family might be passing up one of the finest opportunities you could ever experience. Considering there are many cruise lines to select from, with each one featuring various trips and ports of call, you are sure to find one that will offer the perfect voyage for your family vacation.
Only some of the different family pursuits to be enjoyed aboard a cruise liner consist of great meals, movies, and swimming. Many additional amusements should be offered. The family oriented activities offered on a luxury cruise vacation normally are dependent on the particular cruise line. Together with activities for your entire family, a lot of cruise lines provide entertainments which are developed mainly for youngsters. While your youngsters are engaging in these closely watched, entertaining pursuits, you may be savoring a little time to yourself.
Childcare is another of the numerous advantages of choosing a family cruise vacation. Practically all luxury cruise ships include daycare. Whenever you are journeying with young kids, these daycare centers will also let you have time to spend by yourself or with your spouse. Childcare facilities are frequently offered at no cost. It is possible to drop your kids off and be on your way to doing something relaxing in very little time at all.
You need to do some groundwork if you would like to learn more concerning the family entertainment and recreation provided aboard a luxury cruise ship. This investigation can easily be done on the internet by looking at a number of different cruise lines. More than likely you will notice that there are quite a few vacation cruise ships developed specifically for families with young children while researching. You undoubtedly do not have to restrict yourself just to family oriented cruises, but you may decide that they will be beneficial and meet your requirements.
You might decide to consult with a travel adviser to uncover a family cruise, instead of undertaking all of the work on your own. An experienced travel broker can do an evaluation, and schedule your next family cruise line getaway, for a small cost. In addition to compiling data on family cruise vacations, the travel agent is also likely to give you a satisfaction guaranteed policy. These types of policies are designed to assist you or provide you with a monetary return if your vacation is not what you were led to expect, or a total flop. The chances that this will occur is going to be quite low.

Tropical Travel and Taking Yours Shots
Often it is thought that to have all the shots that are recommended is money making scam. I was of that school of thought until last year. Returning to Tanzania and Kenya after a few years absence, I decided, in a fit of bravado not to have all my shots. I have had malaria in the past and knew the symptoms so didn't bother with the prophylaxis/antimalarials either.

I was careful; I reduced the risk as prevention is better than cure. I ensured I kept my skin covered up particularly between sunset and sunrise. I used deet - a powerful insect repellent on my clothes and any exposed skin. I slept under a net and even when available turned on the air conditioning as it does help keep the mosquitoes away due to the lower temperature.
On my penultimate day in East Africa I became sick. Recognizing the symptoms of Malaria I went to a clinic and was tested. The results were negative but the doctor on duty thought it a sensible preparation to take medication to kill off any parasites that may be in my blood. The incubation period for malaria is about ten days - therefore if I did have malaria it wasn't showing - better to tackle the malaria [as I had all the symptoms] before it became full blown.

Once home all was well; for three months. Then gradually I became ill - I though it might be flu. It couldn't be malaria as it was way past the incubation period and I had taken medication to get rid of any parasites that may be lurking around in the blood. However, the systems kept ebbing and flowing between health and flu - each time it returned with more vigor - and gradually I became quite sick.
I had been convinced for some days I had in fact some sort of malaria. Yet no one believed me. In the end I was so ill my brother in law took me to a 24 hour clinic where the doctor listened but was highly skeptical to my self diagnosis of malaria. He tested my urine which showed 'two plusses of blood' and then I became convinced I had malaria.

The clinic packed me off to hospital and contacted the School of Tropical Medicine - which fortunately was in the same city. A doctor from the School of Tropical Medicine met me at the hospital and proceeded to take tests. He also emphatically and repeatedly said it wasn't malaria and chastised my mildly. I got the impression I was wasting his time on a otherwise quite Sunday afternoon.
After many hours it turned out I had in fact a rare form of reoccurring malaria - so rare they had not seen a case in living memory. I was relieved in a way that I had been vindicated and was not suffering from some form of self delusion. I spent two weeks in hospital. My immune system was in collapse - it was thought I had HIV/AIDS - I was frequently asked about any sexual activity I may have had in Africa. My tests returned negative - vindicated yet again. I spent two weeks in hospital and it has taken a year to fully recover my strength.

So, despite what you may hear - take the antimalarials as to get malaria can be fatal. You do not want to suffer from this disease away from home and certainly you don't want to suffer once you return home as you may have to become quite sick before even the experts believe you are ill. I only have my self to blame - familiarly breads contempt. I return again this year to Africa but I shall make sure all my shots are up to date and I shall take my antimalarials!
Buying Travel Money Without Leaving the House

- Where to get your foreign currency from -
There are many places that you can get the currency you need and the prices you will pay will depend on the exchange rate at the time. The local post office will be able to help you and this at one point along with your bank was the only places that you would be able to get it from.
Nowadays people tend to use the internet because it is one of the cheapest ways to purchase what you need with currency being no exception to the rule. This is because they do not have the overheads that others do as much of the work is automated.
- Why choose online currency exchanging? -
Why go out when you don't have to? You can request the money at any time whether it is the usual office hours or 3 in the morning so you don't need to set aside time off work or from your day to day duties to make sure you have all you need. This is one less thing to worry about. It is also safer as when shopping locally there could be people who will overhear you are going away for a while which could leave you open to a break in.

Imagine what you would usually have to spend and the hassle of parking when you have to go into a store on the high street or similar. It gives you more time to do the things that you enjoy and one thing off your vacation list.

Break Out the Camping Gear
The trip usually starts one of two ways. Either it was planned months in advance with making the reservations at the camp ground, getting all the gear out, planning the meals and what will happen each day. Or you decided the night before and filled up the car with everything from the bedroom and kitchen and hope to "wing-it" if you forgot something. Although the later can sometime feel adventurous, you should not underestimate the planning stages.
Proper planning is important. We have all learned what can happen when we forget the bug spray. Planning your route, where you will be staying, and the meals for each day, the activities you will be doing are all important and dictate what you will be bringing. This becomes very important if you are staying in a conservation area or national park where help is a long ways away.
Safety is usually the last thing we think of. We as Canadians will bring beer before we bring a first aid kit to a camp ground. Having a first aid kit that includes bandages, scissors, anti-itch cream, ointment, tape, a first aid manual, pain medication, and tweezers are usually the basics you want to grip from the bathroom or closet and put into a zip lock bag. Kits can be bought that have all of this and more and depending on the length of your trip, you may want to carry a larger kit.
Meal selection and the amount can vary depending on where you are going and how long you are staying. If you are going into the outback, you may want to consider bringing food to cover the entire length of your stay, even if you plan on trapping or fishing. Just make sure you understand the rules of the area you are going to be when it comes to trapping and fishing. I usually bring some instant soup mix, some egg noodles, some dried fruit and vegetables, some seasoning and jerky. I have also bought the freeze dried foods packages. Either way, filtering the lake water and boiling it and adding these items usually makes for filling dinner. Adding a Bass fillet doesn't hurt either. The important message is don't plan on living off the land. It is better to bring back food you didn't eat, then to starve because you couldn't find anything to eat.
A fire can usually be the difference between a great camping trip and a trip you never want to think of again. Fire offers warmth, light, a source of heat for boiling water, but it also acts a focal point for everyone to sit around and tell stories, to talk about the past and to joke with the future. Fire can be reasonably easy to make. Buy a flint stick or an easy-light stick. Ensure you bring an old knife and some steel wool. When sparks from the knife and flint hit the steel wool, the wool will flame up. So make sure you have also collected small twigs, medium branches and some logs. Some like to stack the wood in a Tee-pee shape. Others use a square stack. Either way lay everything inside first so when the steel wool goes up in flames, that the small branches are there ready to catch fire. Make sure to clear the rest of the area of twigs so that any coals that jump out do not start the area on fire. If there is a fire pit, use it.
With everything else that could be brought on a camping trip, these items can be the difference between life and death or boring and fun. Take your time, bring the things you need to feel comfortable and that are functional. Don't make too many expectations and plan for the unexpected. The outdoors is for all of us to share and have fun. Have a great camping trip!

The Famous Faces of Madrid
Madrid was recently ranked #6 by Expedia in a poll of celebrity holiday destinations. However, Madrid's past is no less star studded than its present. Here is a rundown of some of Madrid's most noted residents:
Luis Bunuel
A Spanish filmmaker best known for eyeball popping shockfest 'Un Chien Andalou' and iconic sadistic drama 'Belle de Jour', Brunuel met his friend and longtime collaborator, Salvador Dali, whilst studying at the University of Madrid (now known as Universidad Complutense de Madrid). He also spent time with Spanish Poet Lorca. As well as 'Un Chien Andalou' the Dali and Brunuel collaborated on other surrealist productions such as 'L'Age D'or'. Brunuel went on to direct numerous cinematic masterpieces such as 'Tristana', Cet Obscur Object du Desir' and 'La Fantome de la Liberte'.
Ernest Hemingway
Nobel prize winning, Cuba Libre sipping, Godfather of cafe culture; Ernest Hemmingway lived in Hotel Florida, Madrid for many years. Born in America in 1889 Hemingway resided in the city during the late 1920's and 30's whilst working on 'The Sun Also Rises'. Hemingway also wrote a considerable amount of his most famous novel 'For Whom the Bell Tolls' whilst in Madrid. Numerous tours run throughout the city pointing out Hemingway's favourite haunts.
Pedro Almodovar
Pedro Almodovar is something of a flavour of the month at the moment; with his Penelope Cruz collaborations garnering both column inches and critical acclaim. Aged 17, Almodovar fled the small village he was born in and headed to Madrid. Madrid has provided the perfect backdrop to Almodovar's experimental cinema,as the director himself said: ' this city has always provided me with the perfect fauna (sassy and ideal) for each and every one of my films'. Almodovar has since received worldwide acclaim for movies such as 'All about my mother' and 'Volver'; the latter of which won the best screenplay award at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival.
Penelope Cruz
Toms Cruise's ex and Almodovar's muse; Cruz considers Madrid to be her home. After a working class childhood in the Madrid suburb of Alcobendas Cruz has gone on to become an A-list Hollywood star teaming up with Almodovar numerous times as well as starring opposite Johnny Depp in 'Blow' and Tom Cruise in 'Vanilla Sky'. Cruz however, has not forgotten her Spanish roots, designing clothing for Spanish brand Mango and continuing to divide her time between Spain and the US.

Cheap Golf Vacations - Beware of What You May Get
If you are one of those who want to enjoy a relaxing carefree golf game, then you might be among those who love cheap golf vacations. This of course is not at all surprising especially that the global economic crisis effect is still around. Although this is merely a personal choice, the greatest question would be if the same relaxation and carefree game that you are aiming for would still be offered with these options. Is the selection of golf packages, which are cheaper worth your while?
For some, hooking into cheap golf vacations might just be what they are looking for. Surely, they could never ask for more than what their low budget can actually afford. But amidst that list of resorts offering less expensive options, which ones should you choose? Keep in mind, that you should be careful when selecting any cheap vacation.
The first thing to do would be to take a closer look on what is being offered. For instance, the whole package might indeed be very enticing due to its relatively low price because the accommodations are rather poor.
The comfort, which you might have in mind, might just be eradicated in this aspect. So instead of a comfortable, relaxing sleep, you might be getting a pain in your back every morning or you may not be able to sleep due to noise or other disturbing factors.
Since it is a thrifty offer, you also have to consider the place where the package is available. Instead of going to a peaceful place and getting the restful, leisurely vacation, you might on the contrary be harassed. Your dream of a relaxed trip will surely be soured with each passing day and you might wish to go home soon even when the package isn't through yet.
Before transferring your payment, it is also best that you do a background check. This is done in order for you to make sure that you are not paying for a scam you could end up being broke without any vacation.

Charter Flights - A Better Way to Fly
The concept of charter flights is a comparatively recent concept and has come into existence owing to the increasing demand from affluent individuals and big corporations for more comfortable and secure means of flying to far flung destinations.
A private flight is an aircraft that has been leased or rented by an individual for his private use or by a company for the use of its executives. Either way, a charter flight is vastly different from a commercial flight as its passengers are not required to follow the same rules and procedures as those of commercial flights.
The interest in flight charter might seem to be a fad and the choice of wealthy individuals, but there are many benefits of such flights that far outweigh the costs involved. For starters, charter flights do not place any restrictions on your schedule or flying time. As a charter flight is a private aircraft, you can get permission to take off at any time of your own choosing. This is much more convenient than queuing up to board a commercial airline, hours in advance. It also removes any chance of your trip getting delayed due to flight congestion, technical failures or other issues.
Another major advantage of private transportation over commercial ones is the removal of airport and customs formalities. As a private passenger, you are not required to go through regular check-in and custom channels. These arrangements are separate for private charter passengers. You do not have to check-in your baggage or wait for your boarding pass to be issued at the time of boarding. In the same manner, you can just walk out with your luggage from the airplane and go straight through customs without any hassle.
Additionally these flights provide you the freedom to choose your destination. All that is required is that it should have an airport. This is a big difference over commercial airlines as you would not have to worry about finding the right flight to take you to your destination. With a charter flight you can fly directly to your destination, no matter how exotic or remote it might be. You would not have to worry about changing flights or airplanes, nor have to spend hours in strange airports waiting for your flight to be called.
These are all the common benefits. Talking about the personalized side of things, a charter flight is your very own aircraft that you are not required to share with anyone with the exception of the on-board staff. Most charter flight companies today equip their aircraft with the latest and most modern luxuries that make the business class of commercial airlines look outdated. As the sole passenger of the flight, you can enjoy these luxuries as you travel stress-free to your destination.
In addition to the individual benefits, private flight also hold many benefits for corporations. Corporate executives can make important business meetings on time when traveling via a charter flight. Such a flight can also save them lots of time in meetings as the discussions can easily be held on the aircraft itself. All modern executive jets come fully equipped with the latest communication technologies, so they can also stay in constant contact with their offices.

Bottle Beach - A Review and a Retrospective
Bottle Beach or Haad Khom is a beautiful, small beach tucked away in the jungle in the north of Koh Phangan Island. Until a few years ago it was inaccessible by road. That made the place when I first went there in the mid 1990s. It was so remote, so cut off, so peaceful. It was the perfect place to recuperate and have fun swimming, lying around, playing Frisbee and just generally have a mellow time. Back then all the accommodation was simple bamboo and coconut thatch bungalows and just one business called Cookies, if my memory serves me right.
The sea was always calm, clear and warm. The beach was always nearly deserted and the night stars shone loudly; and that was the only thing that was loud - there were no late night raves because the generator couldn't take that type of workload.
The only way in was by a long tail boat from either Thong Nai Pan or Chaloklum. It cost $3 and when the sailor took the short cut between the cliff face and an islet of rocks on a stormy day I was happy to get there and not washed up against the rocks demanding a refund.
Now in 2010 things have moved on. Bottle Beach is still one of the most remote and perfect beaches on Koh Phangan but it is finally and sadly connected to the world via a dirt track which only a 4 by 4 can attempt that goes to Thong Nai Pan beach. It is a small improvement, but a massive symbolic change.
And with symbolic change comes material change. Now Cookies is BFKA or bungalows formerly known as, and the inspired name of Bottle Beach 1 is preferred. Bottle Beach 1 is in competition with Bottle Beach 2 and 3. The accommodation on Bottle Beach has also gone up-market. Bathrooms, constant electricity, concrete reception and restaurant areas are all signs of better business. Prices have gone up and more people are showing up.

Don't Let Incontinence Spoil Your Holidays
Spring is here and summer is just around the corner and we all know what that means! It means travelling and having a good time during the two best seasons of the year, no matter where you are planning on going, be it to the country side, the sea side or even abroad, rule number one is to make the most out of your time off without letting anything get in your way, especially such a common and easy to deal with medical condition like Incontinence.
Incontinence is far more common than many people think, in the UK about 6 million people are affected by some sort of incontinence or bladder problem, which is approximately 10% of the population. So yes, Incontinence is very common condition and there is nothing to be ashamed of.
Thanks to the advancements in the industry incontinence is not a problem for those affected by it when planning their next holiday. By following these tips and advice on how to manage incontinence while travelling, will make your journey far more enjoyable and relaxing.
1 - Transportation
Planes, Trains & Buses - If you are travelling by plane or train make sure you always pick an aisle seat to easily access the toilets when nature calls. If the worst happens, like a leakage it is easier to handle the situation and an aisle seat will provide more confidence when sitting in a confined space for a long time.
Planes, trains and buses have limited waste disposal units which can cause problems when disposing your incontinence products. My advice is opt for less bulky products designed for maximum protection, these products retain greater amounts of urine and control odour for longer periods of time, ideal for lengthy journeys.
Motor Cars - By far the most convenient mode of transportation for those affected by incontinence. Benefits are countless since there are a high number of petrol stations, restaurants and rest areas along the major roads, and if worst comes to worst there is always the option of going behind the bush. Just kidding, the best thing to do is to check you GPS system as it will provide the directions to the closest toilet.
2 - Incontinence Travel Kit
•Hand wipes and antibacterial cleansing products
•Extra underwear and outer clothes
•Travel soap and disposable wash clothes
•Plastic bags with twisty ties for clean and easy disposal
•All these items should fit in one small to medium backpack that could be easily used as hand luggage on planes and trains.
3 - Diet
Limiting the intake of liquids prior and during your journey will allow you to manage your incontinence easier. Certain drink and snacks should also be avoided or limited such as:
•Salty snacks,
•Alcohol,
•Anything with caffeine (coffee and soft drinks that contain it)
4 - Thinking Ahead
If you are planning on visiting attractions such as museums and parks, make sure to have a map in hand or ask guides for the locations of toilets and restrooms and don't forget to take your travel kit with you so you can easily return and enjoy your expedition.
When on the road plan bathroom breaks every 30 minutes after each meal.
Normally when we are on holiday we tend to run away from our daily routine. Unfortunately with incontinence we can't let that happen, make sure to reserve some time to keep doing those pelvic floor exercises and no drastic changes to your diet.
Gone are the days that living with incontinence was a problem. Knowing how to properly manage and make use of the right incontinence products, travelling becomes fun and enjoyable again and the only thing you have to worry about on your next holiday is to have fun and enjoy yourself!
